We cannot refund or exchange your product if you cannot perform these functions or refuse to let a shop do it for you. Customer is responsible for product setup and final assembly, which must be performed by qualified mechanic. Buggies are sold warehouse direct in a crate and are not delivered ready to ride. Customer may be required to ship the defective or damaged part to manufacturer first before a replacement will be sent. Gokarts USA will assist the customer in obtaining warranty coverage from the manufacturer. The warranty does not include parts worn by standard use (such as tires, belts, clutches, chains, etc.) or parts damaged from use, accidents, abuse, or misuse of the product. There are no returns or exchanges for any reason. This product comes with a 3 month parts only warranty from the manufacturer.

This will take generally 2-6 hours or more to perform depending on the product and skill level.
